I started to look at MLS and found a home that interested me, but the interior photos were not the best, so I emailed Christine asking her if she could repost them and then told her that we may be moving. | "The first day that we called you, we had spoken to many other agents on the phone, calling them and asking them about different places they had listed in the weekly paper. They were all nice and answered some questions, gave us directions to where they were, as you did as well. However your friendly, open manner stood out, so when we had more questions we called you.
You offered to show us through any places we might be interested in, which we took you up on, and I have to say each showing was enjoyable whether we ended up interested in it or not. You obviously had listened to us in the beginning, our wants, our needs and as we went through the houses it was like you were one of our family, honestly helping us determine if the place would work for us or not.
You then spent several evenings coming to our place talking to us, answering questions, checking on concerns we had and helped us not only with the purchase of our new home but the sale of our present home to our son, which was of no benefit to you. You were there to help every step of the way.
When the whirlwind ended, our new place purchased, our current house sold you were still there for us, taking us out to the new home many more times to measure this, check this and that and have a few laughs. You made all the family members we dragged along with us feel comfortable and a part of it. Not once did you ever get annoyed with us taking up your time, time that could have been spent on potential buyers or your family.
